Sillform Studio Prepare a briefBrief

The studio · since 2017

Eight people, one table.

Mei Tan started Sillform after seeing renovation briefs turn into moodboards before anyone had agreed which rooms needed work. Our first question is still the same: what would you like to keep?

A long material table with tile, laminate and fabric samples, drawers behind it and a small model home at one end.

What happens at the table

  1. Your keep list. We go through photos of each room with you and write down what stays.
  2. Samples beside the old finish. Tile, laminate and fabric pieces sit next to what you have, so the choice is real.
  3. One page. Scope, allowance and the order of work end up on the same sheet, ready for a measured visit.
